FAQs

Tickets and Refunds

I purchased a ticket for the Biobanking event, however, unfortunately I can’t attend anymore. Is a refund possible?

Yes, as you can read in our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made one month prior to the start of the conference will get a 50% refund, due to administration charges, however, cancellations made within one month of the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.

I already cancelled my participation, however I did not get yet any refund, why?

Refunds are made after the conference.

 Can I purchase a ticket for a friend/colleague?

Yes. When you purchase the ticket all you need to do is specify both the name and email of the person to whom you want to send the ticket. That person will receive in the specified email a confirmation of the reservation as well as the credentials to log into our website.

Apply for Visa

How can I apply for Visa to join the Biobanking Summit in Oporto?

To stay in Oporto, some foreign nationals must have a visa. To find out more, we invite you to consult the website of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. To help you in your efforts, BIOTECH PHARMA SUMMIT can generate a letter of invitation to present to the Consulate or Embassy of Portugal in your country. The latter remains the only decision maker in obtaining your visa and is your only contact for any additional questions.
